The Senior PM role is responsible for work performance on multiple transportation projects. Provides all necessary direction, supervision, coordination, and follow-up on the work to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Oversees project design and development; monitors project schedules, budget and profitability; completes project proposals; works closely with clients acting as client advocate and ensuring satisfaction; develops staffing plans and project fee estimates; assists with business development; maintains individual project chargeability/utilization at or above assigned goal level; trains, supervises, evaluates, and mentors team members. Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and design with a focus on roadway, highway, transit design, and federal projects.
Must have 5 or more years increasingly responsible supervisory experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline and professional engineer (PE) registration required.
This position requires knowledge in computer software utilized in the transportation industry - Highway/Roadway Design, InRoads Software, AutoCAD/MicroStation, Synchro/VISSIM.
Must be familiar with Caltrans design and procedures, regulatory compliance and agency coordination, and familiar with the local engineering community.

Controls Engineer
 
Responsibilities
Smart Plant Instrumentation specifically SPI/INTools will be required to perform work at local refinery expansion. Controls Systems/Instrumentation. Crude, Utility Water, Storage Tanks and Transfer Pump Units. Utilize SPInstrumentation / INTools for index, SPI Wiring for Junction Boxes, Marshalling Racks, PLC & DCS, Design Index & SPI Loops. ACAD utilized on location plans extracted from PDS, Equipment Layout, Schedules, Panel Layouts, Installation Details, Wiring Philosophies, preliminary cause & effects diagrams for modification by lead engineer & miscellaneous drawings for construction team. Specific knowledge of the NEC required. Use code to properly size and layout distribution equipment and devices. Detail motor connections, equipment control stations, layout distribution equipment and develop conduit routing in existing facilities. Understand short circuit requirements, know how to estimate short circuit, perform voltage drop calculations, conductor de-rating and connected load calculations. Outline electrical requirements necessary for an electrical construction package and estimate design hours required to complete. Estimate construction and installation costs. Smart Plant Review used for PDS model reviews. Interface and coordination with all discipline areas as well as interdisciplinary checking of packages. Heavy construction team multi-discipline interface and field interface team as well.

Mechanical Process Engineer
 
Responsibilities
Performs Facilities/Pipeline Operations. Recommendations for vapor recovery system problems at various facilities, enhanced oil recovery, withdrawal and dehydration system problems, new dehydration and gas processing facilities, hydrocarbon/water condensate and hydrate problems in gas distribution system, trace constituent control and remediation. Engineering Design and/or Analysis. Preparation and/or development of natural gas processing system designs. Development and/or evaluation of laboratory analyses, computer simulation, and other technical information or processes. Evaluation and recommendation in the area of natural gas combustion processes and odorization. Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Applications. Support station installations, purification system design and evaluation, and trace constituent research and analyses.
Requirements
8 - 15 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas facilities. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting process equipment and systems, designing process plants and conducting HAZOP reviews. Experience working with field/plant personnel, Knowledge of process plant components such as two/three phase separators, absorption and distillation towers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, coolers, heaters, refrigeration units, fin-fan coolers, pipe flow, vapor recovery systems, etc. Knowledge of process simulation software (e.g. Process, Hysim, ChemCadII). Knowledge of combustion, corrosion control and process instrumentation.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the complete piping design and engineering on a major project or multiple small projects. Will have supervisory and administrative responsibility over a large group of engineers and designers and assuring the effective utilization of engineering personnel, and their technical responsibilities. Knowledge and application of piping supports and restraints will require individual to have knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and use of a 3D software platform such as Plant 3D or similar. Proficient use of stress analysis software such as CEASAR II and Microsoft applications.

Solar Design Engineer
 
Responsibilities
Electrical Solar Design Engineer with knowledge and experience in the area of solar system design including: preliminary design, site surveying and job walk, shading analysis, system size calculation, expected system output calculation, PV Watts, local city and county codes, California Electrical/Building/Fire Codes, NEC, AC/DC, preparing full permit packages, pulling permits, BOM and ordering of materials, system development from start to finish, system troubleshooting, field visit and installation inspection, etc. CADD experience is a plus preferable AutoCAD or ProE.
