In-House Recruiter/Marketing Representative
Seeking a Jr. Recruiter / Marketing Representative who will be responsible for recruiting and assisting in the marketing effort with other in-house staff. Prefer industry knowledge but not necessary to properly recruit and market to all possible accounts. The primary scope of the role is to assist the office manager with particular tasks then at times recruit and maintain existing accounts by using a variety of recruiting and marketing techniques. The position is initially 25 hours a week then a transition into fulltime early in the first quarter of 2010.

Jr. Proposal Writer
Investigate and review bids from local government and private entities relating to Architectural, Engineering and Construction projects. May require attending proposal meetings and completing all necessary paperwork to obtain projects.
Experience with proposal writing preferred but not required. Excellent writing and grammar skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
